Return & Exchange Policy

 

At Enzzambla Muebles, we are committed to offering high-quality products and complete customer satisfaction. We understand that, on occasion, you may need to make an exchange or return. Below you will find our policy for purchases made through our online store.

IGeneral Conditions

Return Period. We accept returns within 30 calendar days of the date you receive your product.

Product Condition. Items must be in their original condition: unused, unassembled, free of stains and odors (smoke, pets, or others), and in their original packaging, including all accessories, hardware, manuals, and components.

Proof of Purchase. A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process any exchange or return.

IIMade-to-Order & Custom Products

Products that are made to order, custom-built, or personalized (custom dimensions, materials, finishes, or colors requested by the customer) cannot be canceled or returned once production has begun, unless they have a manufacturing defect or damage attributable to Enzzambla Muebles, as they are produced specifically to the customer's specifications.

IIIOutlet Items

Items in the Outlet category, clearance, or final-sale items are sold in their current condition and are not eligible for exchange or return, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or damage attributable to Enzzambla Muebles. The customer acknowledges this condition at the time of purchase.

IVCancellations & Product Changes

Notice Period. Customers have 24 hours from the time their purchase is confirmed to request a cancellation or product change. Requests made after this window are subject to the general conditions of this policy.

How to Notify Us. Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the cancellation or change.

Orders Already Shipped. If the order has already shipped, the request will be handled under our return or exchange process, as applicable.

VInspection on Delivery & Shipping Damage

Please inspect your product at the time of delivery. Any shipping damage, missing items, or visible defects must be reported within 48 hours of receipt, with photos of the damage and the packaging, to [email protected]. After this period, we cannot guarantee coverage for damage that occurred during shipping.

VIReturn Process

Request. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. Our team will provide the necessary instructions.

Shipping. Once your request is approved, you must ship the product to the address we provide. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Verification. All refunds and exchanges are subject to receipt and inspection of the product; they are not automatic upon delivery of the package.

Refund. Once approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of approval.

Partial Refund. We reserve the right to issue a partial refund when a product is received with signs of use, without its original packaging, or with missing components.

VIIExchanges

Request. Email [email protected] with your order number, the reason, and the desired replacement product.

Shipping. You must ship the item to be exchanged to the address we provide; shipping costs are the customer's responsibility, unless the exchange is due to our error or a defective product.

Processing. Once the original product is received and inspected, we will ship the replacement and notify you.

VIIIWarranty

Our products carry a 30-calendar-day warranty from the date of receipt against manufacturing defects. The warranty does not apply to misuse, normal wear and tear, exposure to moisture or unsuitable conditions, modifications, unauthorized repairs, or damage caused by improper assembly or handling. To make a warranty claim, contact us at [email protected] with your proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

IXProduct Variations

Our furniture is crafted from natural materials such as wood, so color, grain, texture, and figure may vary from piece to piece. Colors shown in photographs may differ from the physical product depending on your screen, and dimensions may vary slightly due to the manufacturing process. These variations are normal and are not considered defects.

XPromotions & Discounts

For products purchased on promotion, discount, or as part of a bundle, the refund will be issued for the amount actually paid by the customer, not the list price. If returning an item affects the terms of a promotion applied to other products in the same order, the refund amount may be adjusted accordingly.

XIBank & Payment Platform Fees

For any return or exchange, Enzzambla Muebles cannot be held responsible for fees charged by banks or by the payment platforms selected by the customer. Such fees, where applicable, are outside Enzzambla Muebles' control and are determined by the corresponding financial institution or payment platform. The refund will be issued for the amount of the product in accordance with this policy.

XIIDefective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will ask for photos of the damage or defect and will send you a replacement at no additional cost.

XIIIGoverning Law

This policy is governed by applicable consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under the consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction.
